Pavesi Forni Modena was born in 1969, in Formigine (Modena), from an intuition of its current owner, Aldo Pavesi, who is now supported also by his son Alessandro and his daughter Elena. For its 50 years, the company „Made in Modena“ offers, for the same overall dimensions (customized and decorated according to the end-user requirements), more cooking capacity within less space, if compared to the wood or combined alternatives, and eye-catching ovens thanks to the frontal fire .
Simplicity of use (thanks to the electronic temperature control), increased hygiene (no soot) and reduced consumption (in some cases gas results to be cheaper than wood) are just some of other remarkable advantages, together with the possibility for pizza makers to devote themselves entirely to the preparation, without having to constantly worry about the pizzas’ state of cooking.
